Shipping policy

We deliver on a next business day basis, nationwide.

We deliver across the UK mainland. Delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders under £50 carry a £5.99 delivery charge.

Order by 2pm for next working day delivery, or pick the delivery date that suits you at checkout.

Deliveries arrive between 8:30am and 6:00pm. We cannot offer timed deliveries.

If you are not at home when we arrive, we will leave your order somewhere safe so you still get your delivery. Real Christmas trees are hardy and happy to wait outside.

Some remote areas, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer.
