FAQs About Our Trees
We offer trees in a range of sizes, the most popular being between 5ft and 8ft high for cut trees, and about 2ft to 3ft for potted trees. We can absolutely accommodate larger items, up to 40ft in height — simply contact us for a quote.
Trees can be pre-ordered from September onwards, for delivery from 17th November until 22nd December, keeping your fir fresh for Christmas Day.
We can also provide trees out of season, contact us for a quote.
If you prefer to put your tree up early, we would recommend opting for the Nordmann fir due to its excellent needle retention.
Our Christmas trees are measured from the base of the trunk to the leader (the vertical branch at the very top of the tree, where the star would sit). Potted trees are measured from the bottom of the pot.
We can issue refunds if you wish to cancel your order, providing you contact us three working days before your tree is due for delivery. In the unlikely event that your tree arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Christmas trees are perishable items, and as such we are not able to issue refunds once delivery has been taken.
FAQs About Delivery
Our firs are netted and placed inside a heavy-duty tree carrier. This bag has been specifically designed to protect Christmas trees while they are in transit, preventing any damage to their shape. A strong cane is placed within the bag for added protection.
Our Christmas trees are delivered using DX, a highly rated company which specialises in the collection and delivery of large goods. Smaller items and accessories may be delivered via DPD.
We do provide a Christmas tree installation service, and we can even decorate it for you too! This service is typically used for our corporate Christmas tree clients, with prices starting from around £500.
We do provide a service where we can collect and recycle your tree after Christmas. When ordering your tree you will see this appear as an option on the product page. It’s worth pointing out that some Councils will do this for you for free, and some Charities also offer this as a service too. You can see a list of the Christmas tree charity collections here.
If you wish to change your delivery date, please contact us and we will process this for you. You’ll need to give us at least three working days’ notice prior to the initial delivery date.
We will endeavour to deliver your order on the delivery date that you have selected. We use DX as our courier, and we are very happy with the service we receive from them, but like any national delivery company they do have some failures so we can’t ‘guarantee’ delivery dates.
Orders will be delivered between 8am and 6pm, there is no need to wait in for your delivery, our courier will leave it in a safe place for you.
